Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective, your notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
- Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (including URLs or artwork IDs)
- Contact information including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the complaint for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24-48 hours
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Document the complaint and our response
- Provide information about the counter-notification process if applicable
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction in federal court and acceptance of service of process from the complainant
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy
EkoSpace has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights, at our sole discretion.
Important Notes
False Claims: Please note that if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, you may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by us or the alleged infringer.
Children's Work: Our platform features artwork created by children. We encourage copyright holders to consider fair use and educational contexts when filing complaints about children's creative work.
Response Time: We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the case.
