By accessing and using EkoSpace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are under 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Description of Service
EkoSpace is a platform designed for children and young artists to share their creative artwork in a safe, moderated environment. We provide tools for uploading, displaying, and managing artwork including pictures, videos, and stories.
Account Registration
For Parents/Guardians
- •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
For Children
- •Children under 13 must have verifiable parental consent to use the Service
- •Children should use an artist name, not their real name, for public display
- •All artwork submissions are subject to moderation before publication
User Content and Conduct
Content Guidelines
By uploading content to EkoSpace, you represent and warrant that:
- ✓You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload
- ✓Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- ✓Your content is appropriate for all ages and complies with our Community Guidelines
- ✓Your content does not contain personal information (addresses, phone numbers, school names)
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:
Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you upload. By uploading content to EkoSpace, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- →Display your content on the EkoSpace platform
- →Store and process your content to provide our services
- →Create thumbnail images and previews
You may delete your content at any time, which will terminate our license to use it.
Our Content
The EkoSpace platform, including its design, code, features, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- ✓Review all uploaded content before making it publicly visible
- ✓Remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- ✓Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- ✓Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:
Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.
Governing Law & Changes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes via email.
Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
